You can return or change the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organization at the address you indicate, provided that they have not been used. In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform info@candleandfriends.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product (s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi cargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 business days. The exchange and return of burned, used, gelatin / unpackaged and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products are not available. 

Shipping price 70 TL.

Courier price within Istanbul is 350 TL. (The amount may increase depending on distance. After informing you about this and receiving your approval, it will be shipped by courier.)
