Remembrance: A Support Play Focusing on Loss and Grief
Loss and grief are among the most challenging experiences in our lives. Sometimes words feel insufficient to express what we feel, and we may not know how to sit with our emotions. During this process, we often need support to honor the memories we share with our loved ones and to continue moving forward on our healing journey.
Anma is an interactive card game developed by professionals to support people through the experience of loss and grief. In the safe and supportive space it provides, you can freely express your emotions, share your memories, and reconnect with your feelings. With five different question categories and creative expression cards, it focuses on different aspects of the experience of loss and offers a journey tailored to your personal needs and experiences. You can use it on your own or together with loved ones.
It was designed by psychotherapist Leslie Robinson, based on the Continuing Bonds Theory.
